Indiana State Fair Red Poll Show
The 2024 open show is planned to be on Wednesday Aug 7. Cattle to arrive the morning of Tuesday Aug 6. Entries due by July 1. Late entries accepted. click here to go to the Indiana State Fair website for current info.
Open Show schedule
Tuesday Aug 6 – cattle can arrive from 8am to noon. Check-in to follow. (this may change as more info becomes available – noted 11/30/23)
Wednesday Aug 7 – show starts at 9am. This is a multi-breed show. We do not know at what time the Red Polls will start. Cattle are released after each breed show ends and must be out by midnight.
Entries are open from May 17 – July 1, 2024 at https://exhibitorscorner.indianastatefair.com/
Late entries are accepted from July 2 – July 28, 2024.
The 4-H beef shows will be held on August 2-4. Showmanship classes are on Friday, Dairy steers, dairy feeder steers and heifer classes are on Saturday and Beef steers and Market heifer classes are on Sunday. Cattle are released after the show each day.
